Fugo is amazing for our office!

I used the Fugo Digital Signage CMS for our office internal communications and it was super easy to set up. I got it running on an old Android TV we had, which saved us a lot of money. The templates they offer are great too. Seriously, you should try them out!

Decent tool for our retail shop

I set up Fugo for our retail shop's digital menu boards and it's been working fine. The content scheduling software was pretty straightforward to use, took me about an hour to get the first schedule running. It's a solid platform, not too fancy, but gets the job done without much fuss. Delivery wasn't an issue since it's software, just downloaded it right away. My only minor thing is I wish they had a few more free templates for different holidays, but that's really not a big deal.

Good for our screens, some quirks

We needed a solution for our corporate dashboards and tried Fugo. The setup process for the Amazon Fire TV Signage App was fairly quick, probably took me less than 20 minutes to get the first screen connected. The remote screen management feature is a huge plus, letting me update content from anywhere. I also appreciate that it's SOC 2 certified, that was important for our data security requirements. My main beef was with some of the UI for the App Store for Signage; it felt a bit clunky trying to find specific apps. Also, while the 14-day free trial was good, I would have liked more pre-built integrations for less common business tools. Overall, it's a good value for the price we paid, especially with the annual billing discount.

How secure is Fugo for displaying, say, internal company dashboards with sensitive data? Worried about breaches.

M Mark Nguyen 2 months ago
They're SOC 2 Type II certified, which is a pretty high standard for data security. That's why we went with them for our internal dashboards.

G Greg Doyle 2 months ago
I wouldn't worry too much. SOC 2 certification means they've been audited and meet strict security requirements. Plus, they specialize in secure data dashboards.

Does Fugo have any discounts for paying annually instead of monthly? Trying to save some cash.

J Jared L. 1 month ago
For sure. They give you a discount if you pay for the whole year upfront. I think it's usually around 15-20% off the monthly rate.

Yep, that's how I do it. Annual plan saves you a decent chunk of change.

I'm trying to decide between Fugo and ScreenCloud for my cafe's menu boards. Any strong opinions on which one is better?

E Elena V. 1 month ago
I used ScreenCloud before Fugo, and I found Fugo a bit more flexible with content and integrations, especially for data dashboards. But both are decent.

Hard to say which is 'better' generally. Fugo felt more secure to me, especially if you're dealing with sensitive internal comms. Worth checking their SOC 2 certification if that matters to you.

Hey, thinking about Fugo for our office displays. Does anyone know if they do any special discounts for non-profits? We're a small local charity.

E Elena 2 months ago
Yeah, I remember seeing something about non-profit pricing. I think you gotta contact their sales team directly for it though, it's not like an automatic checkout thing.

They definitely do! We got a pretty good deal for our community center. Just reach out to them and tell them you're a non-profit, they'll sort you out with a custom quote.

Just started looking into Fugo for our store. How easy is it to set up? I'm not super tech-savvy and worried about a complicated installation.

O Omar 1 month ago
I wouldn't stress about it. They have templates and stuff, and connecting your screen is mostly just getting their app on it or using a small player. It's designed to be simple for businesses, not just IT pros.

It's pretty straightforward, honestly. I had my first screen running in like 20 mins. The web interface is pretty intuitive.

Can I use Fugo on my Samsung smart TV? Or do I need a separate media player box for every screen?

D Daisy 2 months ago
I think they have an app for Samsung Tizen TVs, so you should be good there. Check their site for compatible hardware.

C Cody Carter 2 months ago
Yep, you can. I'm using it on an LG WebOS TV directly, so I imagine Samsung Tizen would be supported too. No extra hardware needed, which is nice.

Does Fugo offer a free trial? I want to test it out before committing to anything.

K Kate 1 month ago
Absolutely, they have a 14-day free trial. Full features too, not some watered-down version.

R Rosa 1 month ago
Yep, 14 days. Plenty of time to see if it fits your needs without paying anything.

Is it possible to use Fugo for a video wall setup? Like, multiple screens displaying one large image/video?

A Andre 2 months ago
They have 'Video Wall Software' listed on their features, so I'd assume yes. Probably best to contact them for specifics on how that works.

M Marcus Brooks 1 month ago
Yeah, I'm pretty sure you can. I saw some examples on their site for it. Looks like they have specific features for managing those multi-screen layouts.
